El Segundo, CA – Classic Party Rentals, the leading event rental company in the U.S., has acquired Ducky-Bob’s Party & Tent Rentals, one of the most-recognized tents and rentals brands, and Abbey Event Services, a long renowned industry leader. These acquisitions further Classic Party Rentals’ growth in the events market and expand its geographic reach further into the Southwest. The company now has 14 locations and generates combined annual revenues of $140 million.

Ducky-Bob’s, with locations in Dallas and Fort Worth, is the leading full-service rental company in Texas. The company facilitates rentals for prestigious fundraisers and works with venues such as the Texas Motor Speedway, Texas Stadium and the area’s top universities including Southern Methodist University and Texas Christian University. The company will continue operating as Ducky-Bob’s Party & Tent Rentals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Abbey Event Services, located in Montebello, CA, is the second-largest full-service rental company serving the Los Angeles market. Abbey serves a wide variety of Hollywood studios, including Disney, Sony and Universal. The company also services famed Los Angeles venues such as Gladstone’s, Dodger Stadium and Staples Center. Abbey Event Services will be renamed Classic Party Rentals.

The acquisition of Ducky-Bob’s represents Classic Party Rentals’ continued expansion beyond California.
